Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using swfknives.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access the site.

Products and Custom Orders

Custom knives: Sword Wolf Forge specializes in custom hand-forged knives. Each custom order is discussed directly with Andy Burcham prior to production. Custom orders are considered accepted once a deposit or full payment is received.
Repairs: Knife repair requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are subject to material and schedule availability. No repair is guaranteed until explicitly confirmed.
Classes: Classes are custom-scheduled to match your skill level and goals. Class enrollment is confirmed once payment is received. Classes are limited to two students due to shop size and safety requirements.
Design requests: We do not duplicate another maker's copyrighted or proprietary knife design. We can create original work inspired by a style or design you provide as reference.

Purchases and Payment

All online purchases are made through our Shopify store (swordwolfforge.myshopify.com) and are subject to Shopify's checkout terms and your selected payment method's terms. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or materially different from what was agreed upon. If you receive a damaged product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will work to make it right.

Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun. Deposits are non-refundable.

Knife Safety and Legal Use

All knives sold by Sword Wolf Forge are intended for lawful purposes only, including collecting, outdoor use, culinary use, and similar legitimate activities. You are responsible for knowing and complying with the laws in your jurisdiction regarding the purchase, ownership, carry, and use of knives. Sword Wolf Forge is not responsible for any misuse of our products.

By purchasing a knife, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and that you will use the product lawfully and responsibly.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including photography, written content, logos, and design — is the property of Sword Wolf Forge and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Sword Wolf Forge is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products beyond the purchase price of the item in question. We make no warranties beyond those required by law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
